Policies & Warranty Info
Buyers agree to purchase the computers with all money up front, no payments. Payment is expected before the computer is built since I have to order and purchase all parts for the building of the computer. I accept cash, money orders/cashier's check, PayPal, and personal checks. (Please allow for checks to clear before starting the building process).
All computer components are covered by the manufacturer's warranty - See below for warranty length. I offer free, 1 year repair and parts replacement guarantee on each computer from the date the computer is built. After that, I charge the normal $20.00 / hour cost for repair.

Each computer contains a section of the hard drive that allows for safe protection of data in the event that the computer needs to be reformatted and have Windows XP reinstalled. This, however, does not guarantee the safety of files in the event of a hard drive failure caused by power surges or other acts. I strongly recommend backing up any important data on CD's, Thumb Drives, or External Hard Drives daily or weekly.
All computer hardware can and does eventually fail, so I am not responsible for any loss of data resulting from hardware failures, viruses, or any other normal cause of data loss.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the computer to be built and thoroughly tested before it is ready. Some features, such as case design and color, may vary depending on availability. I will contact you immediately when the computer is ready. Computer building and setup is subject to delays based on product availability and prices. I offer free delivery and setup of your computer if you live in the Edmunds, Dennysville, Pembroke, Perry, Eastport area. Buyers from outside the area can pick up at my residence.
